"My current favorite technology tool is Pinterest. If you're busy like me, you bookmark hundreds of websites with great intentions of going back to check them out. My bookmark list was pages and pages of chaotic disorganization before I discovered Pinterest. Pinterest allows for a more visually appealing way to organize your interests by "pinning" them in a bulletin board fashion. You can categorize your pins onto different boards and easily search the site to follow other people with similar interests. School counselors can integrate this 21st century learning tool by creating boards for groups, lesson plans, behavior modification, ASCA National Model, helping parents, great ideas, crafts for kids, health/wellness, etc. In the short few months that I have been using Pinterest, I have collected a plethora of noteworthy resources that are effortless to keep track of and greatly enhance my school counseling program." - Julia Taylor
